Wallet KYC verification process
Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
If you already have an account on IXFI, click on the 'Login' button in the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage to login.
If you don't have an account on IXFI, click on the 'Register' button in the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage to create one.
Click on the Account icon and then press on Profile.
Press on the Address Information button and then press the Start Verification button.
βYou will have to upload a document to verify your address. The accepted documents are: official utility supplier document or a landline invoice (telephone, not mobile).
The document needs to be from the last 3 months, maximum.

Once the new page opens, you will have to start completing your data: Country of Residence, Residency Address, Postal Code, State & City. Make sure this data matches the one on your document.
βAfter completing your data, you will need to upload one of the supported documents mentioned above.
After uploading the document, hit Submit Verification. Now we will manually verify your data.
You will receive an email with a confirmation if the Address Verification is approved. If the Address Verification is rejected, you will receive an email with the reason and you will be able to start the verification process again.
