Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in our social media giveaways, you must have a valid IXFI account with full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Participants must be from eligible countries as defined by IXFI's Terms and Conditions. It is permissible to enter the Sweepstakes without an IXFI account; however, to claim a prize, you must create and verify an IXFI account before the prize will be awarded.
Entry requirements
Entrants must follow the actions specified in the giveaway entry post, which may include liking, reposting, following, tagging friends, and other actions as described. Entries will be validated using tools such as TwitterPicker.com or manually for more complex requirements.
Prize distribution
Prizes will be sent to the winner's IXFI wallet. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their IXFI account is active and verified. Winners must send us a direct message (DM) with their IXFI username after winning on X (formerly Twitter).
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to send the prize by an alternative method if sending to the IXFI wallet is not feasible. This may include, but is not limited to, other wallet addresses or accounts as mutually agreed with the winner.
Disqualification
Entries that do not meet the entry requirements or are found to be invalid in any way will be disqualified. Winners who do not have a verified IXFI account will have 7 days to create and verify their account. If a winner's Twitter account has been deactivated or banned, they will no longer be eligible to claim the prize.
Liability
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any social media platform. We are not responsible for any issues that arise in connection with an entrant's IXFI account, including, but not limited to, verification delays, account suspension, or ineligibility due to jurisdictional restrictions.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the initial social media post and/or our official communication channels. The sweepstakes and all related activities are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
