A backup code is a list of alpha-numeric codes that serves as an alternative means of accessing your ixfi account in case you lose access to your two-factor authentication (2FA) code.
Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login / Register button in the upper right-hand corner of ixfi's homepage.
Click on your Account icon and then click Account Security.
Click on the Enabled button in the Two-Factor Authentication section.
Press on the Generate new backup code button.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to generate new backup codes.
Now you can download your new backup codes by pressing the Download button.
