How to install the Google Authenticator App on your phone?

  1. Search & Install the Google Authenticator app from either the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play store (Android).

  2. Open the Google Authenticator App on your device.

  3. You can set up 2FA by Scanning the QR code or Entering a setup key option.

    1. Scan a QR code in your 2FA setting.

      1. Choose the Scan a QR code option.

      2. Allow the camera to complete the scan by choosing any one of the options (While using the app or Only this time).

      3. Scan the QR code.

    2. Enter a setup key in your 2FA setting.

      1. Choose the Enter a setup key option.

      2. Enter the account name (ixfi account).

      3. Enter the Key from ixfi Authenticator Secret Code.

      4. Click on the Add button.

    3. You have successfully added your ixfi account to your phone on the Google Authenticator App.
