Use your favorite browser and access <a href="https://www.ixfi.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.ixfi.com</a>.

Click the Login / Register button in the upper right-hand corner of ixfi's homepage.

Click on your Account icon and then click Account Security.

Click on Enabled in the Two-Factor Authentication section.

A new window will appear, where you can find the Disable Authenticator button.

By clicking it, you will be requested to enter the OTP code received on your email address and phone number and the 2FA verification code from your Google Authenticator app.

Enter the codes you receive in each specific section, and click on Disable.

If you want to remove the 2FA from your account, click Request Remove 2FA. A new window will appear with all the information you need. If you agree, click again on Yes, Remove 2FA.
