Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login / Register button in the upper right-hand corner of ixfi's homepage.
Once you're on the Login page, click on the Forgot Password? button.
Enter the Email Address used to register your ixfi account and click on Submit.
A link to reset your password will be sent to your Email Address.
Click the link, type a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, and click on Update.
