How to create a Help ticket?

Using the Help Center, users can send a ticket explaining the problems they're facing when using the products and services offered by ixfi. Every ticket is registered and taken care of by one of our representative specialists.

  1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.

  2. Click the Login / Register button in the upper right-hand corner of ixfi's homepage.

  3. Click on the Account icon and click on Help Tickets.

  4. Click on New ticket to open a ticket.

    1. Enter your registered Email Address and Phone Number, and then choose your country of residence.
      ​

    2. Enter a title for your ticket in the Ticket name field and a description of the problem you encounter in the Ticket description box.

    3. Check the I agree box if you want to receive promotional emails from ixfi.

    4. Click on Submit.


      ​

      A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Please do not reply to messages received from no-reply@ixfi.com. As soon as one of our support specialists handles your case, you will receive another email notification.

Ticket Status

Support tickets that are sent to our Help Center have four different stances:

New: Appears immediately after creating a new support ticket.

Waiting on contact: Appears after one of our support specialists answers your ticket.

Waiting on us: Appears after the user has replied to our support specialist.

Closed: Appears on tickets that have been successfully resolved.
