The Public Sale of the IXFI Token is over and the listing is just around the corner. In this article we'll explain how to Claim and then Redeem your tokens directly in your IXFI Account.
If you participated in the Seed or Private Sale of $IXFI, your tokens are automatically assigned to your IXFI account and you don't need to follow these steps.
If you participated in the Galxe airdrop, we will announce more in the following days.
These steps are only for those who bought IXFI in the Public Sale.
You will need to have access to the wallet that you used to buy $IXFI in order to connect it to your IXFI Account, and claim your tokens.
Important notes:
your account needs to be KYC Verified, otherwise you will not be able to claim and redeem your tokens.
Claim refers to bonding the wallet to your IXFI Account and being able to see the amount you have.
Redeem refers to getting the $IXFI Tokens in your wallet, a process that will be available after claiming, in the upcoming days.
Once you claimed, that wallet is bonded to your IXFI Account, so make sure to double check before claiming.
Claiming steps
You can only use the Web App (ixfi.com). The claiming process is not available inside the IXFI Mobile App.
First of all, you need to have an IXFI Account.
Second step is to make sure your KYC is verified. If it isn't, read this article to see how to do that and make sure to complete it because you will not be able to claim your $IXFI without a verified account.
Now that everything is set-up, it's time to connect your EVM wallet and claim your $IXFI.
Go to the wallet section here and press on the Connect wallet button. After that, sign the transaction and your wallet will be connected to your IXFI Account.
Now that you connected your wallet, be aware that if you press Claim, the wallet will be permanently bounded with your IXFI account. After pressing claim, you will see the amount of tokens and their value in your IXFI Wallet.
If you do not wish to claim to this IXFI Account, you can press the disconnect button.
The next step is to redeem your tokens, in order to have them in your wallet, but that is not possible yet, and it will be available soon.
