How to Claim $IXFI Tokens in your IXFI Wallet

The Public Sale of the IXFI Token is over and the listing is just around the corner. In this article we'll explain how to Claim your tokens directly in your IXFI Account. To see how to redeem them, keep scrolling until the next point: "How to Redeem IXFI Tokens in your IXFI Wallet"

If you participated in the Seed or Private Sale of $IXFI, your tokens are automatically assigned to your IXFI account and you don't need to follow these steps.
​If you participated in the Galxe airdrop, and your wallet is on the winners list, you will receive your tokens in the same wallet you used on Galxe.

​The steps below are only for those who bought $IXFI in the Public Sale.

You will need to have access to the wallet that you used to buy $IXFI in order to connect it to your IXFI Account, and claim your tokens.

Important notes:

  • Your account needs to be KYC Verified, otherwise you will not be able to claim and redeem your tokens.

  • Claim refers to bonding the wallet to your IXFI Account and being able to see the amount you have.

  • Redeem refers to getting the $IXFI Tokens in your wallet, a process that will be available after claiming.

  • Once you claimed, that wallet is bonded to your IXFI Account, and you cannot connect it to another account, so make sure to double check before claiming.

Claiming steps

You can only use the Web App (ixfi.com) at the moment. The claiming process is not available inside the IXFI Mobile App yet.

  1. First of all, you need to have an IXFI Account.

    1. If you don't have one, you can create one here.

    2. If you have an account, you can login here.

  2. Second step is to make sure your KYC is verified. If it isn't, read this article to see how to do that and make sure to complete it because you will not be able to claim your $IXFI without a verified account.

  3. Now that everything is set-up, it's time to connect your EVM wallet and claim your $IXFI.

    Go to the wallet section here and press on the Connect wallet button. After that, sign the transaction and your wallet will be connected to your IXFI Account.

  4. Now that you connected your wallet, be aware that if you press Claim, the wallet will be permanently bounded with your IXFI account. After pressing claim, you will see the amount of tokens and their value in your IXFI Wallet.
    If you do not wish to claim to this IXFI Account, you can press the disconnect button.
    ​

How to Redeem your IXFI Tokens inside the IXFI Wallet?

Now that you successfully claimed your IXFI Tokens, it's time to redeem them. To do that, follow these steps:

Before hitting Redeem, please make sure:

✔️ Your KYC is completed

✔️ Your Claiming is done

✔️ All wallets are linked and claimed

❗️You will not be able to connect more wallets or claim other allocations after pressing the redeem button.

  1. Since you just connected your wallet(s) and you claimed your tokens, you are already in the wallet section. If you are not, login or signup and go to the wallet section.

  2. After you claimed your $IXFI Tokens, the claim button will be changed into the redeem button. Press redeem and your tokens will be allocated in your IXFI Wallet.

  3. After the Redeem is complete, you will see your tokens in your IXFI Wallet.

Here’s how the redemption works at this stage:

- Public Rounds → 100% redeemable

- All other rounds → 10% redeemable

And everything will continue unlocking according to our Token Unlock Schedule.
